Each estimate is for the delivery of one or more WBS elements in your proposal, to meet one or more specific customer requirements. These requirements are typically entered at a high level in the proposal and then further broken down in the estimate.

To view and edit requirements click in the Cost Structure tab in your estimate.

1. Requirements defined in the proposal which were assigned to this BOE WBS will be automatically displayed. To add new requirements or to break down an existing requirement, click on the + button or click on the link "no results found, click here to add" if there are no requirements (as shown)
2. Enter the description of each requirement. You can also enter the document/chapter reference, requirement number and owner
3. You can upload requirements from Excel  as well as downloading them.
4. Check the boxes which apply to the kinds of estimate this specific BOE-WBS contains. As you check one of the boxes, a new tab corresponding to that box will appear, and vice-versa. For example if you check "Products & Services" then the Products & Services tab will appear.
5. Specify whether you have done similar work before which you can copy, either from another proposal estimate, from a template WBS or not at all
6. If you select the option to copy previous similar work from a proposal or from a template then you will see fields where you must specify the proposal and the estimating BOE-WBS you want to copy, either showing a list of actual proposals and estimates, or of template proposals and estimates, accordingly

1. Enter or select the proposal you want to copy from
2. Enter or select the BOE-WBS you want to copy
3. Click the copy button
4. Confirm the popup selecting whether you want the copied tasks to replace (remove existing work=>Replace All) or add to existing tasks in your estimate (Add to existing).

Once you confirm this popup the tasks and WBS elements of the selected estimate to copy will appear in the list of WBS-task deliverables
