If you deleted something by mistake, you can restore it by clicking on the 'More' toolbar button and selecting "Open Deleted Items" from the menu (as highlighted below).

You will be issue a popup window with a list of all documents which were deleted earlier, similar to the screen image below.
- If you are an admin. user you will see and can restore any document which was deleted previously
- If you are not an admin. user (even if you have edit access) you will only see documents which you deleted previously, or which you were responsible for at the time when they were deleted.

In the deleted items folder panel shown above you can:
- Filter the list of deleted items based on a cut-off date. If you are an admin user you may also be able to filter based on who deleted
- Sort the list of documents by any column by clicking on that column. Click twice to sort descending
- Select one or more documents to restore (selected rows are yellow) and click on the RESTORE button at the bottom.
Undeleted or restored documents will re-appear in the search lists.
Please note that some high volume transaction documents which are 'rebuilt' are not stored in change history so you cannot restore them. For example the cost/price model data and consolidated material requirements cannot be restored from trash. Instead just re-run 'recost entire proposal' or 'cost consolidated BOM'
