Explains how to get help, support or send feedback for iPE

Getting Help

Contact your company's iPE system administrator or local regional power-user for additional help or support, or check out these help webinars to see a demo of a specific topic

 

If you get stumped while using our app then click on the "Help" link in the top right corner

  • Pause your mouse over a field or click on info <TONY: include tooltip info icon from screens here> for Tips in dark grey - they include advice, pitfalls to avoid and additional insights
  • We are constantly improving our apps, please email [email protected] to submit general feedback

Getting Support

To log an issue with the app please create a ticket clicking on 'Report Issue' from the Help menu within the iPE application.

To escalate or record an urgent issue, do some or all of these things:

  1. Log a ticket using your company's internal help ticket management system (e.g. ServiceNow etc.)
  2. Call your local regional power-user
  3. Send an email to [email protected] (the vendor who developed iPE)
