Organizations or companies with whom you engage in business transactions, purchasing products or services, are referred to as customers or prospects. Typically, this data is imported from your CRM application, like Salesforce. It may be included as part of the initial data upload process or during the assignment of clients for proposals, particularly when selecting a Salesforce opportunity for a specific proposal.
You can list the customers from the "Master Data" menu by selecting the "Customers" sub-menu.

You will see a list of customers, which you can sort, filter and download to Excel.
Use the New button to create a new customer and Delete icon to delete an existing customer.
