Alternative Views of your WBS

Based on what columns you show and hide you can change the layout of the WBS table significantly. For example, when estimate an internal capital project the WBS table columns might look as below, where you see:

  1. Add/delete and copy row
  2. WBS number and description, together with the option to Create or Open the estimate as explained above
  3. The WBS site or department (determining the local currency) and org. unit or company of this WBS
  4. The start/end dates and who is responsible for completing this estimate
  5. The defined cost (total cost excluding risks), cost including risks and stretch goal or costs incl. risks and cost-reduction opportunities
