Click on home > people lookup to search for people's contact information. You can search for employees, contacts (customer contacts), leads (prospects or opportunity contacts) or all of these, as highlighted in purple above.

Start typing in the first name, last name, job title or email of the person you are looking for and you will see a list of everyone matching your input. Either continue typing until only one person matches your input or select the person you are looking for from the list.

Once a person is selected you will see their:

1. Name
2. Email
3. Phone number (incl. what kind of phone number it is)
4. Job title
5. Department and company they work for
6. Photo if previously uploaded

It is not possible to restrict access to individuals from people look-up other than via document permissions.
