An HR admin. can view your Salary History under MANAGE > HR > PEOPLE. This screen shows:

1. Date: Affected date from when the new compensation is revised
2. Total: Over all compensation allocated ina year, in other words CTC
3. Details: Your over all compensation is breakup into various components like Sales Target, Commission etc.
4. Old: Compensation allocated against component
5. New: Compensation allocated against component
6. Reason: Reason given for change in compensation etc.
