What to Do if my Time-off Request is Rejected?

What to do in case your Time-off request is rejected depends on whether you want to re-submit it or cancel/delete it.

If you had requested for Time off and due to some reason your request has been rejected by your Manager or HR you will get an notification in your email which looks like above. You can click on 'Re-submit' button to view/edit and resubmit if you desire so

  1. Note the reason for rejection by your Manager (click here if you need to delete and re-enter a new request)
  2. Click on 'Re-submit' to view

You can also view your rejected time-off's from Time > Time-off list view. Here all your leaves are listed down.

  1. The icon with 'thumbs down' represents rejected Time Off requests
  2. Click on 'Pencil' icon to view/edit it or know the reason as to why the Time Off was rejected
  3. If you wish to re-submit, click on top right corner after making necessary date changes or add reason to re-submit

An Employee gets notification for any activity he/she has to take any action for. Messages can be viewed under BuzzBoard

  1. View Notification message
  2. To open click on 'Re-submit' button
