Once a team is created admin or Manager can see the impact on resource planning by teams. To view the impact click on Project > Resource Planning and you can view a detailed page. Here you can:

1. Filter out resource by My Team or All or Legend. For now we have 'All' selected
2. Select the team from the dropdown for which you want to see the % utilization. Here we have selected 'UX Designers' team
3. It shows the team members allocation across all projects

So resource planner gets the flexibility of level load the capacity of any team across the projects.
