iBE provides three different tools to fill in your timesheet, as depicted at the top of the illustration above:

  1. For people on the road you can enter your timesheet in your Android or iOS mobile phone or tablet using iBE's mobile app. This app allows you to record time by customer, project, task or department code as well as location & remarks. You can even use the built-in timer to indicate the start / stop times for a task and calculate the elapsed time
  2. For people who tend to keep track of what they do in real time you can use iBE's Chrome plug-in desktop timer to record the start and end of your work time, and calculate the elapsed time automatically. You can enter comments and manually adjust the time worked before importing this data into your timesheet
  3. For everyone else you have a weekly (or alternative timesheet cycle) timesheet app where you can record the number of hours or minutes spent on various customers, projects, tasks or departments you are assigned to

In all three cases, the 8-step clock-face in the picture above gives an overview of the time recording and approval process.
