There are two ways to import task timers into a timesheet:
- By pushing the timer to the timesheet from the task timer screen
- By opening a timesheet which automatically imports all non-running timers for that period
The second method is explained here, the first being covered in its own topic.
Importing Timers to a Timesheet

To import timers into a timesheet simply create or edit a timesheet for the same week. Any timers which are:
- Not current running
- Not previously imported
will be imported automatically into your timesheet. You have the option to accept or reject this import as illustrated above. After timers have been imported for each one you can see the:
- Customer, project and task (and billable indicator)
- Worked hours
- Remarks
- Location
- Start and stop times
Refer to this section for help on how to manually edit the timesheet after timers have been imported.
Viewing or Editing Multiple Timers for the Same Day, Same Task

The timesheet displays one number or cell per task and day for the employee. If you recorded more than one timer for the same task on the same day, the sum total hours for that task and day will be displayed in the timesheet. To see details of each task timer which was imported click on the cell to see the cell details below (as illustrated above).
The highlighted arrows next to 1 of 3 daily task timer entries in the cell details allow you to navigate forwards and backwards through the individual timers for that task and day combination. Click on another cell to open timers for a different task, or for a different day.
