What Buttons are in the Main Toolbar?

Explains all the buttons available in main toolbar of iBE application

Buttons in the Main Toolbar

All the buttons in the main toolbar are mentioned below. These buttons icons will appear based on which module you are into. Though the icons are self explanatory we have explained it further below:

  1. New Icon (+): To create a new document use the New Icon + sign. It will open a new screen in create mode.
  2. Open Icon: To open an existing document, click on open icon. This will open a dropdown and you will find various options to select from.
  3. Save Icon:  To save the changes done on any document. It will save the changes made in the document if there are no errors in the data and give a success message
  4. Copy Icon: To create a new document quickly, you can copy a source document and make changes in. For example, if you want to create timesheet which is similar to your previous week’s timesheet, then you can select the previous timesheet and click on Copy. It will copy the contents of the previous timesheet and create a new timesheet
  5. Reload/Refresh Icon: Once a screen is loaded it loads the most recent data from the server. Some time users stay in the same screen for long time. To get the the most recent data user can choose Reload / Refresh button
  6. Previous Icon: To navigate to previous project or document item
  7. Next Icon: To navigate to next project or document item
  8. Share Icon: This will allow you to share the document with other users. You can choose a set of users available who can view or edit this document
  9. Follow this Object Icon: This will allow you to follow this document so any future updates will be notified to you
  10. Messages Icon: This will open the buzzboard where your can view your messages and take necessary actions
  11. More Icon: This will open a dropdown and you will find various features to select from. The dropdown may vary based on module to module
