As you move your mouse over the menus at the top the list of sub-menu activities will open up. Clicking on any of the yellow sub-navigation options will open that activity in the main panel.

The sub-menus appear as you mouse over the main tabs to make it faster to navigate to other apps. Move your mouse away from the menu area at the top to return back to the sub-menus for the module you are currently in.

Sometimes a sub-menu has more than one app or activity associated with it. In that case a menu will appear below the sub-menu you clicked on giving you a list of apps or activities to choose from.

You can often navigate to or open a specific document directly from a list such as from:

• A handy widget showing recently opened documents in the left panel (as shown above)
• Another handy widget showing a list of documents for the application you are in
• Search results list
• The My Tasks widget allows you to click on any task to open it
• You can open up a document by double-clicking its text or message in the Buzzboard or inbox.

Comment, workflow and other emails which iBE.net sends to your preferred address from time to time normally contain links to the document the email is about. Click on the link within the email to directly open that document.

If you are not logged into iBE.net then clicking on a document link will log you in first (requesting user and password if you did not click remember me when you last logged in). The link won't work if you do not have a valid user account for iBE.net.
