Explains what to do if you cannot log into iBE.net because you forgot your password

Click on the "Forgot password" link just above the green Login button if you forgot your user-name or password.
Missing User-name
If your user-name or email is blank or invalid you will be asked to enter it first. You can enter any email address from your contact information. Press the ENTER key after typing in your user-name or email.
If you don't remember any emails on your contact or your user-name then contact your system administrator or contact iBE support at [email protected].
Resetting your Password using Security Questions
If you maintained security questions in your user profile then you will be asked for your secure responses before you can reset your password.
- You will be instructed how many questions you have to answer correctly. This number is managed by your system administrator
- You must type in the responses exactly, including putting spaces, punctuation and even the same letters in upper or lower case as originally entered
- Click on the "Send Password" button at the bottom of this panel to send your new password to the email address you maintained for security purposes. The new password is a temporary random set of letters and numbers; you will asked to change it again the next time you login.
Resetting your Password using your Secure Email
If you did not maintain any security questions then you can reset your password by entering the email address which you maintained for security purposes. You cannot enter any email from your contact information, you have to enter the email address you entered when you signed up or changed in your user security settings panel.
Just like if you enter security questions you must be able to access your email to see the temporary password we send out. You will be asked to reset your password again the next time you login.
