Each company or client of iBE.net is given a unique sequential number, as well as a client-specific database to keep your information secure. This number is required when you login so we know what company database you want to access. All your employees and associates are users in the same client or company account and will share the same client number.

So if you forget your client number and you start using a new browser or device, just ask a colleague! Alternatively if you forget the client number enter your email address in place of your user-name in the login screen and we'll look it up for you. If you are an iBE.net user in more than one client then you'll have to pick which company or client-database you are accessing.
