1. Getting Help

When you request help on a specific application the help topics are displayed in a pop-up window. You can move or resize this window to see the screen behind at the same time as reading the help. You can also navigate around to other help topics or search for specific questions or keywords.

2. Release Notes

We add release notes to explain new features or enhancements added to our software. Each feature covers the impact, how you can benefit from it and how to activate it. Most new features will not automatically appear because we don't want to create surprises for our users. They are activated through customizing settings.

While our release notes are generally more up to date than the help documentation, we apologize in advance if we don't document every new feature regularly. We are a small team making continuous improvements to our product and new features that are specific to one client are often tested by that client before making them generally available.
