User can update user preferences by following these easy steps:

1. Click on user photo or name in the top right corner
2. Click on Advanced Settings
3. It will open user preferences popup where you can change basic preferences /settings accordingly
4. To make further changes click on 'Edit other preferences' button and click on any tabs like Format, Contact, Security, Search etc. and change user preferences accordingly
5. Click on Apply & Close after making the relevant changes
