Before you login into iBE using LinkedIn account you need to make sure the following things are enabled, for that:

1. Initially login into the system using your iBE login and password
2. Go to System > My Company > Password Policies and under Third Party Authentications enable 'Login using LinkedIn'

The next step to follow is:

1. Click on your name in the top right corner and press Reset Password
2. This will open 'User Preferences' popup. Click 'Login using LinkedIn' icon to enable it. This will ensure user is now able to login via LinkedIn account
3. Click Apply and Close and logout from iBE app

Now when you are on the login screen of iBE, click on the LinkedIn icon (as highlighted in purple) and you will be automatically logged in to the system.
