Reporting Issues or Requesting Enhancements

We love to hear from you and encourage you to regularly send us feedback, report issues, or request new features.

When you click on "Send Feedback or Bug" in the help menu you get a panel to enter the title and details of your request, issue or general feedback. This automatically creates a development ticket in our internal iBE.net system (we use iBE.net too!).

  1. Click on the type of feedback you wish to send (issue, enhancement or new feature or other)
  2. Enter as full a description of your issue or request as you can in the "Details" text box
  3. If you want to upload a screen shot click on "No Files" link to add a file or image
  4. Technical information such as who you are, what you were doing and even the console log from your browser is automatically added to the ticket to help us diagnose any problems you are having.
