Explains how to create a new document using the toolbar
Creating Documents using + Button in Toolbar
When you open the search screen for an activity you can normally find a large + button in the toolbar in the top right. Click this button to create a new document.
You can also copy an existing document from the search view.
Creating Documents using the Create Menu in Toolbar

If instead of clicking the + button you click on the more button (highlighted above) you get a menu of additional options available when in search mode, such as:
- Create a document of a specific type. Document types influence how a document behaves, and you get a list of available types as a sub-menu
- Create a document from a template
- Create a document in a new session. This is the same as clicking on + from the toolbar above, except that a new browser tab or session is opened for you keeping the current document open.
When you have two parallel browser tabs or sessions open changes made in one session might not immediately reflect in the other. Reloading the other session will get it back in sync.
Creating Documents via the Quick-Add Widget

You can also select the type of category of document you wish to create in a left panel widget for quickly adding new documents.
