User can "remove" their card from iBE.net. It's a two step process as depicted in the process below.
Deactivate and Delete Bank Cards
In order to remove a card from iBE.net, you need to deactivate the card or cards. A card can be deleted ( removed ) from iBE.net post deactivation.
- Select the card in the grid and click on the green flag to deactivate the account. Once deactivated, these flag will turn red in color. Once a card is deactivated iBE.net will not download any further transactions for that card. A card can be reactivated post deactivation.
- Click on 'Delete Account" after all the cards under that account are deactivated. You will get an error if even a single card under that account is active. Once a card is deleted, User will have to re-register the card in case they want to reuse it in future.
- A confirmation popup will appear to take the final confirmation for deletion. Once confirmed, it will delete the cards.
