Adding Comments
In the tab selector or sub-navigation you will typically see an option called COMMENTS, highlighted below. Click on this tab to access the comments panel for your document (your proposal, your estimate, your risk etc.)


- Enter your text in the top (blank) box. You can type as much text as you like, and use typical word-processing commands
- You can even change font and font-size from the toolbar above the text box
- Click on "EDIT" in the toolbar to access typical word-processing commands like copy/paste, undo-text and find
- Click on "FORMATS" in the toolbar to change text format (e.g. heading styles) and to adjust the alignment. The most common formatting options also have their own toolbar buttons following FORMAT menu
- Click on the bullets or numbers toolbar buttons to write up a list. You can create multi-level lists, using the left and right indent toolbar buttons to increase or decrease your list-level
- Other toolbar buttons are provided for inserting a table, marking the text as private or adding a hyper-link or clickable text
- Advanced users can click on the VIEW menu to access and edit the raw HTML behind your text, edit the text in full-screen mode and show blocks
- After you save your text it is permanently recorded against this specific document, showing the date, time and author who created the text. You cannot edit other people's comments, you can only edit your own comments under specific conditions
