Contact your local regional power-user for additional help or support, or check out these help webinars to see a demo of a specific topic (risk mgt. and estimating apps only)

If you get stumped while using our app then click on the "Help" link in the top right corner
- Look for Tips in bold grey font; they include advice, pitfalls to avoid and additional insights

Getting Support
To log an issue with the app please create a ticket in "My Service" by clicking on "Record an Issue" and selecting the PriceCube app from the list of applications there
To escalate or record an urgent issue, do some or all of these things:
- Log a ticket
- Call your local regional power-user and/or Roland Majam (US business hours only)
- Send an email to [email protected] (the vendor who developed PriceCube)
