This article explains how to find and install iBE's time tracking app for iPhone and Android phones. A valid user license is required for iBE's offering to integrate time between phone and web
Download the Application
Open the iPhone or Android app store and search for an app named "ibe.net", making sure you search for iPhone (not iPad) apps. iBE can be used on iPads but has been optimized for smaller screens of phones.
Open the app once it has been downloaded or follow any instructions to get the latest update.
The first time you use iBE on your phone you will be prompted to enter our CBI customer number. Enter the number 1282. On Android phones there is a field named "Client" in the login screen which you must tap on to enter your client or customer number 1282
You will then be prompted to enter your iBE user name and password, the same as you use to login to the iBE web-application.
Once authenticated you will be taken to the app list screen shown below
App Page
The initial or home page of iBE is the app page, where you can tap on the appropriate app to view or update the tasks you are working or enter time in a timesheet
Ignore and do not use the other apps (request time-off, receipts, timers, mileage, people, approvals or attendance) for now as CBI is not currently using these applications in iBE)
